1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of gobadili.com and the contracting of BADILI Voluntariado S.L. volunteer programs. Accessing the site implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. BADILI programs

BADILI offers high-impact international volunteer programs. Programs include:

Not included: international flights, medical insurance, visas, vaccines or personal expenses.

  • Accommodation in volunteer housing or with a local family
  • Main meals
  • Local program transport
  • Arrival orientation and ongoing support
  • Local coordinator throughout the stay

3. Contracting process

Submitting an application does not create any financial commitment. The contractual relationship is only formalized once BADILI confirms the placement in writing and the volunteer pays the program fee or agreed deposit.

4. Cancellation policy

BADILI reserves the right to cancel a program due to force majeure. In that case the full amount paid to BADILI will be refunded.

  • More than 60 days before departure: full fee refund.
  • Between 60 and 30 days: 70% refund, retaining 30% for administrative costs.
  • Less than 30 days: no refund, except in duly documented force majeure cases.

5. Volunteer obligations

  • Hold valid international medical insurance including evacuation coverage.
  • Comply with the program rules and BADILI's code of ethics.
  • Respect the culture, customs and local regulations of the destination country.
  • Avoid any conduct that could harm the local community or BADILI.
  • Inform BADILI of any medical or safety incident.

6. Liability

BADILI is not liable for damages arising from accidents, illness, theft or other incidents during the stay, provided it has acted with due diligence. Volunteers assume the inherent risks of international travel and work in low-resource environments.

7. Intellectual property

All website content is the property of BADILI or of third parties that have authorized its use. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
