We do not collect specially sensitive data unless it is necessary for medical program management and you have given explicit consent.
- Full name
- Email address
- Destination of interest and motivation submitted through the admission form
- Anonymous browsing data through technical cookies
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Managing your admission request - legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending you information about the requested program - legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Commercial communications - legal basis: legitimate interest or consent depending on the case.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and afterwards for the applicable legal retention periods.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may share it with:
- Local coordinators in Tanzania, Kenya and Ghana when required to run the program.
- Technology providers acting as processors under data processing agreements.
- Competent authorities when required by law.
