You work in a program dedicated to education and inclusion of children and adolescents with intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities. It's a space where difference is celebrated and every child discovers their unique potential. You design educational adaptations, facilitate inclusive activities, work in coordination with families and educators, and model genuine inclusion. The impact extends beyond the classroom: you transform mindsets about capability and belonging.
How you'll help on the ground
Design educational adaptations and inclusive materials
Facilitate pedagogical and recreational inclusive activities
Support occupational or developmental therapy as needed
Collaborate with families on personalized development plans
Document progress and communicate outcomes to educators
Foster inclusion awareness in the community
Requirements to participate
- ✓Experience in special education, therapy, or working with people with disabilities
- ✓Genuine commitment to value every person as unique
- ✓Conversational English to work with coordinators
- ✓Active international medical insurance
- ✓Genuine willingness to collaborate and help
