In Swahili, BADILI means transformation.
Travel with a purpose.
Three simple and honest steps. We get to know each other, answer your questions, and find together the program where you'll create the most real impact.
Free 30-minute video call. We meet you, tell you everything, answer all your questions.
We explore your skills and motivations. We identify where you can create the most real impact.
We decide together what fits you best. Then, preparation, travel, and fieldwork.
Every volunteer contributes to real change in the communities we work with.

The process starts with a conversation. A talk to get to know you, understand your motivations and make sure BADILI is where you can thrive.
Beyond traveling, you can back a concrete project or support a child month by month.
$20 / month
With a monthly contribution you support the growth of a child from one of the communities we work with: their education, nutrition and everyday life.

In 2022 I did my first volunteering experience in Africa and, since then, I have stayed in touch with different communities and families to identify what kind of help truly makes a difference. That is why, in 2026, I founded Badili with a clear goal: to connect committed people with serious projects to create the greatest real impact.
Our mission is not just about volunteering. Badili is a transformative experience, a journey with purpose, a cultural exchange. We want to support you every step of the way, show you the projects we work with, and build together the path toward change that truly lasts.

We frequently visit the communities. We talk, listen and observe. We know the reality.
We don't have automated catalogs. We collaborate only with organizations we know firsthand and that share our values.
We care that every volunteer truly contributes. We measure success through stories, not quantities.
