When I landed in Arusha, I thought I was joining a football project. A few weeks later I understood that football was only the excuse; the real work was leadership, belonging and trust.

The academy behind the tourist image

Sports for Change supports young people from vulnerable households with training, academic follow-up and, in some cases, access to scholarships. The field is only the entry point.
